High Above The Riviera - Eze
Perched like an eagle’s nest high above the glittering Mediterranean, this tiny 14th-century medieval village captures you instantly. Winding stone paths weave between ivy-covered facades, opening onto breathtaking views that seem to dissolve endlessly into blue.
There are no straight lines here—only narrow, cobblestone lanes that twist gently upward, leading you past art galleries, tucked-away boutiques, and sun-drenched terraces. Bougainvillea spills over ancient walls, and the scent of jasmine lingers in the warm air.
At the very top sits the Jardin Exotique, a serene garden filled with cacti and rare plants, but it’s the panoramic view that truly steals the show. From here, the French Riviera reveals itself in full—turquoise waters, dramatic cliffs, and the quiet luxury that defines this stretch of coast.
Once a fortified village, it still holds onto its medieval soul, offering a peaceful contrast to the glamour of nearby cities like Nice and Monte Carlo.
